Smell training is necessary for many people, therefore we have prepared a training set for you.

The set contains 4 glass flacons with cotton inserts containing selected 100% natural essential oils: Rose, Lemon, Clover, Eucalyptus.

The flacons are held in a beautiful little pouch made by skilful Czech hands. The opening of the pouch is secured with a rubber band.

You can train your sense of smell by smelling essential oils if you have lost your smell and in other cases. That is why we also offer an inhaler with a cotton insert without any essential oils.

How to train your smell

Smell training is a non-invasive process.

Smell the open flacons two or three times a day for at least five minutes switching between the four scents: rose, eucalyptus, clove, and lemon.
It is recommended to continue the training for at least 32 weeks. After 12 weeks the essential oils may be replaced.
