Instructions for use

Showering: spread a little oil (half of a teaspoon) on wet body, forming washing emulsion. Rub in with a massage washcloth and rinse. The fragrant shower benefits body and soul.

Bath: add 1 tablespoon of the oil in pleasantly warm bath water. You should stay in the bath for 10 – 20 minutes. The active substances penetrate the body, the oils work during the bath and several hours after. For a more effective relaxing effect, you can light a candle and play some gentle music. Using soap or bath foam would disrupt the beneficial effect of the herbal bath.
